Synopsis
After a failed mission leads to a breakdown and his dismissal from the military, a former Royal Marines Commando Jake O’Neil (Adam Collins) struggles to adjust to civilian life. A decorated special forces operator, he tries to find himself a regular life outside of the military, but his demons get the better of him when he finds his partner in bed with another man. Coupled with the guilt that weighs him down from a failed hostage rescue mission, he finally snaps and starts to self destruct. Drinking, drugs and fighting that eventually seem him homeless and on the streets. Jade Roberts (Jessica Norris) a former girlfriend seeks out his help to uncover the truth behind her father’s mysterious death, Jake agrees, but quickly finds himself tangled in a web of corruption, murder and kidnap that leads all the way back to a high profile member of Government, the powerful and menacing Harold Archibald (Ian Hichens). Engaging with known criminals and terrorists, Archibald’s ruthlessness ensures that he will stop at nothing to line his own pockets and increase his ever-growing empire of corruption. After one of Archibald’s spies informs him of O’Neil’s involvement and the evidence they have obtained, he kidnaps Jade and holds her hostage for ransom. Overcoming the personal demons that threaten to see him spiral out of control again, Jake sets out to bring Archibald down once and for all and rescue Jade in an explosive final stand-off. Heavily guarded by his own private militia, Jake must battle his way through the fortress where Archibald has taken her captive. Presented with extreme danger and violence, outnumbered, outgunned and against all odds, Jake has no choice but to enter into the lions den to save his beloved girlfriend.
